do not waste your time with mitch. he was rude, cut me off the entire time, hung up on me abruptly and borderline yelled the whole time. a "counseling" is far beyond what he took my money for
So disappointed with this experience! was not useful and not friendly. Started with being late to the appointment and ending up by hanging the phone quite rudely. I feel really sorry for wasting time...
