Joan Kluger is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg's Intellectual Property Department in the Delaware office. She focuses on patent and trademark procurement and licensing arrangements, and also has served as counsel in litigation involving intellectual property. Her practice has included patenting inventions directed to integrated circuit design, semiconductor device manufacturing, energy production systems, medical devices, chemical processes, videography equipment, industrial manufacturing equipment and financial industry software. She earned her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, completed M.S. course work in physics at the University of Delaware, and obtained a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
