- Contact information: If you submit a form (calculator lead capture, listing claim, or email signup), we store the information you provide: name, email, and any optional fields.
- Device information: Browser type, screen size, and operating system. Used to improve site performance.

- To operate and improve MadePatents
- To connect you with patent professionals when you request it
- To process listing claims from verified attorneys
- To send occasional product updates (only if you opt in)
- To understand site usage patterns and improve content
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your email with third parties for marketing
- We do not use tracking pixels from ad networks
- We do not store payment information (we do not process payments)
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics (GA4): Site usage analytics with IP anonymization enabled.
- Supabase: Database hosting for directory listings, claims, and leads. Data stored in the US.
- Vercel: Site hosting and deployment.
- Brevo: Transactional email delivery for claim notifications.

- Google Analytics (analytics cookies)
- Admin authentication (HttpOnly session cookie, admin users only)
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
