Jordan chairs the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group and concentrates his practice in intellectual property, computer and patent law with a focus on patent and trade secret litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He combines his litigation experience with deep knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution, handling a wide range of technical fields, including chemical, electrical, mechanical and computer-related inventions.
