About Malaika

Mr. Lambrechts practices both intellectual property and environmental law. He has substantial experience in preparing patent applications for medical devices, safety equipment, machine tools, building components and automation equipment. He also advises clients on trademarks including their prosecution, opposition, policing and enforcement. He provides clients with legal opinions on infringement issues and patent validity and assists clients with licensing of intellectual property. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. From 1983 to 1987, he served as a senior automation engineer with Allied Signal Corporation in Kansas City, Missouri.
