Charlie Damschen is a registered U.S. patent attorney with over 17 years of experience. He earned undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2003 and attended the University of Iowa College of Law, graduating with high distinction in 2007. He previously worked at a boutique IP firm in Davenport for 16 years (10 as partner). Charlie has been selected to the Great Plains Super Lawyers List in Iowa for three consecutive years. He is a ten-year member of the Iowa Intellectual Property Law Association, serving as president in 2024. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Iowa College of Law and co-founder of eyesDx, a software company specializing in signal analysis.
